【刊误】“委托”漏译一句-《罗伯特议事规则》中文11版
《罗伯特议事规则》中文11版，p124，8行，漏译了一句：“to a motion to Amend that is applied to it”，译为：“应用于它的‘修改动议’”，红字部分是漏掉的，如下：
"委托"让先于“附属动议中”的“改期”、“调整辩论限制”、“结束辩论”和“暂停”、应用于它的“修改动议”，让先于所有的“优先动议”，让先于所有可以应用在自己身上的“偶发动议”。
《罗伯特议事规则》英文11版，p169，19行，红字部分是新增加的一句，如下：
Takes precedence over the main motion, over the subsidiary motions to Postpone Indefinitely and to Amend, and over the incidental motions for Division of a Question and for Consideration by Paragraph or Seriatim. It also takes precedence over a debatable appeal (or a point of order which has been referred by the chair to the judgment of the assembly and that is debatable when so referred, p. 249, ll. 7?2) under either of the following conditions: (a) if the appeal or question of order does not adhere to the main question; or (b) if no other motions except those named in the preceding sentence are pending or involved in the appeal or question of order. It yields to the subsidiary motions to Postpone Definitely, to Limit or Extend Limits of Debate, for the Previous Question, and to Lay on the Table; to a motion to Amend that is applied to it; to all privileged motions; and to all applicable incidental motions.
